DESPATCH
Carriage is FREE on all orders over £60.00 exc VAT. Orders under this value incur a small order charge of £6.00 exc VAT .

Orders placed by 2pm will be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All delivered parcels require a signature from the recipient. If there is nobody at the address, a "card" will be left confirming the attempted delivery. There will also be a contact telephone number for re-arranging a convenient delivery date. Collecting the parcel from your local Carrier Depot is also an option.

Deliveries can be sent direct to any location, including your home, office or site.

• Next Day is regarded as "Next Working Day", ie. Monday to Friday.
• Goods ordered after 2pm on Friday will be despatched on the Monday.
• Any short deliveries or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.

RETURNS
Spire Marketing Ltd only source quality products that represent outstanding value for money. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the product be returned to us unused and in its original packaging.

Please note, any refunds are for the products only and do not cover postage costs. Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.

Items that have been personalised with your company’s logo / name are non-refundable.
