Unless otherwise agreed, all sales made by Spire Marketing Ltd are made on the following conditions of sale. All goods are subject to availability. As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary from that shown.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices stated in our catalogue, leaflets and on our website are quoted in pounds Sterling and were correct when published, and are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required prior to delivery. Where Spire Marketing Ltd agrees to issue an invoice, you must pay the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. As long as any amount to be paid for goods remains outstanding, the title of goods will remain with Spire Marketing Ltd and will not pass to you until Spire Marketing Ltd has received payment in full.

DELIVERY
Goods held in our warehouse are usually delivered the next working day for UK orders, providing your order is received by 2pm and subject to stock availability. Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Any claims for damage to goods or short deliveries must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to Spire Marketing Ltd in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Goods returned will be accepted entirely at Spire Marketing Ltd’s discretion, within 30 days of delivery to you providing that they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packing. Any goods returned to Spire Marketing Ltd not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Items that have been personalised with your company’s logo / name are non-refundable.

GUARANTEE & LIABILITY
Goods supplied by Spire Marketing Ltd are guaranteed for 60 days. If any of Spire Marketing Ltd’s products proves defective within 60 days of purchase, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you. Our warranty does not apply to wear and tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused.
